Firstly precleaned soy bean (about14% moisture), is transported to conditioning section of drying tower, being heated and conditioned by hot air, the soy bean is expanded by heating which makes the surface of soy bean being cracked; secondly, materials will be sent to drying section, to reduce moisture and make cuticle separate from kernel; thirdly, being conditioned and dried again to reduce more moisture, then being cooled, which will make cuticle separate from kernel more sufficient. At last, it is the peeling process to peel completely.
